Please browse this web page at your convenience to find important information about what is going on in your neighborhood. This page is designed to keep everyone in the homeowner's association informed of what goes on as far as board meetings, neighborhood maintenance, and finances. We strive to maintain a clean, quiet, and friendly neighborhood for all to enjoy. Check the "Community Documents" tab for access to current meeting minutes, treasurer's reports, the current newsletter and digital copies of the covenants and by-laws.
Description of Board Duties: If you are interested in a summary description of the HOA Board Members duties, check it out in the "Newsletter" folder. If you are interested in running for a spot on the board, this paper will give you a good idea of what you might be doing.
Pay Your Dues Online: Many people have asked us for an option to pay dues online. I would like to remind you that if you want this option, all you need to do is to sign up for Online Banking services with your bank. RFCU and PNC provide this service to customers free of charge with a standard checking account. I believe other banks offer this service as well. Through your bank, you can schedule payments to anyone, anywhere - online. Security for the transaction will be provided by your bank, which I believe would be more trustworthy than any online service that the HOA could offer through our website. Once your payment is scheduled, your bank will transfer funds by (fast) electronic means if they have an account with your recipient. If not, they will send a paper check (slower) for you. Just be sure to schedule your payment a week or more in advance of when it must arrive at it's destination to avoid late fees.
